Private Equity Intern
Deal Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential investment opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking efforts.
Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by conducting financial analysis, reviewing company documents, and assessing market dynamics.
Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including revenue projections, cash flow analysis, and valuation metrics.
Investment Memo Preparation: Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal discussions and meetings with investment committee members.
Portfolio Analysis: Analyze the performance of existing portfolio companies, including financial performance, operational metrics, and market positioning.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential target markets to inform investment decisions.
Support Team Initiatives: Collaborate with members of the investment team on various projects and initiatives to support the firm's investment strategy and objectives.1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
